Robert Glaser ist Head of Applied AI bei Exxeta. Er arbeitet an der Schnittstelle von AI Engineering, Business-Strategie und Go-to-Market und hilft Unternehmen dabei, aus AI-Initiativen funktionierende Systeme zu machen, statt in PoCs stecken zu bleiben. Zuvor hat er Data & AI bei INNOQ aufgebaut und geleitet. Im Zentrum seiner Arbeit steht die eigentliche Herausforderung von Enterprise AI: nicht die Fähigkeiten der Modelle, sondern die Integration moderner AI und agentischer Systeme in bestehende Software, Daten und Prozesse.
